Hazelbrook is a modern, purpose-built care home located in the well-connected area of Braunstone, Leicester, close to local motorway links, shops, parks and community facilities. Our home provides a warm and friendly environment for those requiring specialist and complex care where they can feel safe and supported as part of a community.

With beautifully designed communal areas, landscaped gardens and a carefully considered layout, our home is separated into 4 ground floor units (Western, Abbey, Knighton & Victoria House). Each has their own lounge, resident kitchen area, dining area, quiet room and conservatory accommodating 20 residents in each. In addition to these facilities, we boast a separate block which houses a communal hub, hairdressers, cinema and activity room, ideal for residents, families and friends to come together.

Our Rooms

Each of Hazelbrook’s 80 bedrooms has been designed with personal comfort and independence in mind. Across four distinct units, rooms are spacious, bright and easy to personalise with treasured belongings.

Every bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, enabling residents to maintain privacy and dignity in their own space, while features like nurse call systems and accessible layouts ensure safety remains central. Bedrooms are places to rest, reflect and enjoy quiet moments in a familiar, warm atmosphere.

Dining

Mealtimes at Hazelbrook are inviting, social occasions that nourish body and spirit. Residents enjoy freshly prepared meals in welcoming dining areas that encourage conversation and choice. Our catering team provides a varied menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and accommodates individual dietary needs, preferences and cultural requirements. Whether shared with neighbours in the dining room or enjoyed in a private corner, meals are relaxed, respectful and tailored to support wellbeing.

Community Lounges

Our cinema room at Hazelbrook Care Home is a welcoming and comfortable space where residents can enjoy a wide range of entertainment, from classic films and new releases to concerts and special televised events. Designed to bring the cinema experience into the home, it offers a relaxed setting where residents can spend time together and enjoy shared moments throughout the week.

With comfortable seating, soft lighting and high-quality sound, the cinema room supports both group screenings and quieter individual sessions. For many residents, it provides an enjoyable opportunity to relax, revisit familiar favourites and take part in experiences that encourage conversation, connection and reminiscence.
